About Us
Who are we
We are a Startup registered in 2020 and recognised by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). We are building the Re-Ignitable & Throttleable Cryogenic Rocket Engine, for cost effective multi-launch on demand. Successfully built and operationalized our first plug & play testing facility at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus with the Incubation and support of Pilani Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Society (PIEDS) and BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus TBI Society.
Technical Mentors
We are fortunate to have mentors with over 25 years of experience at ISRO, particularly in liquid propulsion and launch vehicles.
Advisory Board
We are delighted that our Advisors have guided us in the right direction, significantly enriching our journey toward achieving our missions.

Why Choose Us
We adhere to time-tested strategies to achieve growth milestones that propel our research toward success. We are proud to be India’s first space tech company to successfully develop and perfect the Pintle Injection system, validated through over 150 rigorous tests. Our focus is to make a breakthrough in the global space technology markets with the following significant missions.
- Indian First Plug & Play Rocket Engine Testing Facility
- Suborbital Reusable Sounding Rockets for Researches
- Orbital Reusable Launch Vehicles to LEO, SSO & GTO
Our Research Journey
Recognition By ISRO
We are honored to have been selected as a Registered Space Tutor by ISRO, dedicated to promoting space education and awareness among the student community. During the research period from 2020 to 2022, our focus on theoretical research enabled us to explore and develop new concepts and hypotheses related to reusable launch vehicles, deepening our understanding of the subject. Through rigorous analysis and critical thinking, we have significantly contributed to the advancement of knowledge in our field. Additionally, we have supported 3,000 engineering graduates in training and publishing 25 research papers across 10 teams in 4 batches.
ISRO Mentorship
We are profoundly thankful to our ISRO mentors for their invaluable guidance, which has helped us achieve our missions in such a short time.
IN-SPACe Permissions
Permissions for our space activities and access to ISRO facilities for our upcoming launch are currently being processed with IN-SPACe.
Our Cherished Incubators
Incubated at PIEDS (BITS Pilani)
We are pleased to be incubated at The Pilani Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Society (PIEDS), a registered society by Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS Pilani) and have received financial support through various Central Government schemes, apart from Investment against equity at Ideation Stage.
Incubated at BITS TBI Society
We are grateful to our other incubator, BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus TBI Society, for their support in providing dedicated office space and open land. This has enabled us to build our Plug & Play Rocket Engine Testing Facility in Hyderabad, a first-of-its-kind in India.
Incubated at CIIF
We are glad to our other incubator, Chitkara Innovation Incubator Foundation (CIIF), for their support in providing Grant for infrastructure of our Plug & Play Rocket Engine Testing Facility in Hyderabad, a first-of-its-kind in India.

Our Missions
We provide versatile
space applications
Plug & Play Rocket Engine Testing Facility
For the first time in the Asia-Pacific region, we have developed a Plug & Play Rocket Engine Testing Facility at Hyderabad, specifically designed to test engines up to 50 kN thrust, fully equipped with all necessary tools, software, and equipment, and has been operationalized for testing since February 2024. We have performed over 150 tests of our 2.5 kN non-cryogenic engine and proud to announce that, through these tests, we have successfully mastered the Pintle Injection mechanism.
Reusable Sounding Rocket (RSR)
For the first time in the Asia Pacific region, we are developing Suborbital Reusable Sounding Rocket (RSR), which is India’s First Reusable Rocket which is vertically launched and vertically landed (VTVL), being expected to launch in December 2026. Our RSR helps Pan-Asia SpaceTech companies for their Microgravity Experiments, Simulated Gravity Experiments, Atmospheric and Academic Study, and Meteorological Data Collection at low cost and Launch-On-Demand.
Small Reusable Launch Vehicles (SRLV)
For the first time in the Asia Pacific region, we are developing a Small Reusable Launch Vehicle (SRLV) with two-stage-to-orbit, expected to launch in December 2027. Our SRLV helps every Space Tech company launch their satellites into the low earth orbit (LEO) having payload up to 1500 kg and into sun-synchronous orbit (SSO) up to 800 kg, with cost efficient and Launch-On-Demand.
Medium Reusable Launch Vehicles (MRLV)
First time in Asia Pacific region, we are developing Medium Reusable Launch Vehicle (MRLV), with two-stage-to-orbit, being expected to launch in December 2028. Our SRLV helps Space Tech companies for launching their satellites into the low earth orbit (LEO) having payload up to 15000 kg, into sun-synchronous orbit (SSO) up to 9000 kg and into geostationary transfer orbit (GTO) up to 2000 kg.
Our Current GTM
Centre for Innovation & Exploration of Space Technology (CIEST)
An initiative by ABYOM with a vision to make SpaceTech more accessible to the NextGen with innovative and effective solutions provided to all the universities across India, as a additional arm for the Research Infrastructure.
